Research on Collaborative Design of Performance-Refined Zero Energy Building: A Case Study

Building Information Modeling (BIM), as an auxiliary design platform, is increasingly adopted in construction projects. However, it not widely applied the collaborative of zero energy buildings (ZEBs), due to cross-discipline and complex features ZEB projects lack research on procedure method this field. This paper introduces a BIM-based for ZEBs. From perspective technical requirements ZEBs, study elaborates application among specialists from different disciplines passive design, renewable utilization active design.
